the holistic shift

the holistic shift is an ecology of care — a sanctuary shaped by season, a space for deep rest, responsive to the systems we inhabit. through hands-on bodywork, somatic education, and collective practice, we tend the conditions for health within our bodies, our relationships, and our communities.

a threshold

we begin with listening. biodynamic craniosacral therapy offers a field of stillness in which the nervous system can soften, settle, and reorganize. thai yoga massage brings complementary movement to this stillness. these modalities are offered in dialogue because healing requires both activation and integration. this care is attentive, paced, and relational. it meets what is present — and allows change to express itself in its own time.

held together

held together is devoted to the relational body — the intimate space where two nervous systems meet. small group workshops and private sessions offer time to practice partner massage and dialogue skills that cultivate trust, responsiveness, and shared regulation.

N E S T

NEST is a holding space for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. this series of nine distinct sessions weaves bodywork, specifically supportive yoga practices, and somatic education for caregivers — offering conditions for ease, intimacy, and attunement with the developing nervous systems present in this tender time.

organized care

our organizations are living systems shaped by the quality of relationship within them. this work supports teams in tending the relational fields that make communication possible, decision-making durable, and care sustainable. collective care is not ancillary — it is an infrastructural practice worth designing, practicing, and stewarding together.
